Although I have had a year of voice training, I did not practice very much. I understand how it works, but I didn't have the muscle memory to make it work.
This is me just speaking naturally prior to surgery. In my pre-op appointment, Dr. Habin gauged my average pitch as being between 140hz and 145hz.
I'm going to wait until 6 weeks post-op to post my next audio clip. I expect to sound like hell then, so be prepared for that.
